We offer a 1-day return policy from the date you receive your order anywhere in Pakistan.
Return Conditions
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Tags must be attached
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Return

- After approval, you will be given our return address
- Customers are responsible for return courier charges
- Returns without approval will not be accepted
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue or offer a replacement/refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Customized/personalized items
- Personal care products
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
- Amount will be refunded via bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash
- Processing time: 2–3working days
