Return & Refund Policy (Pakistan)

We offer a 1-day return policy from the date you receive your order anywhere in Pakistan.

Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Tags must be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Return

  • Email us at areebaasad101112@gmail.com to request a return
  • After approval, you will be given our return address
  • Customers are responsible for return courier charges
  • Returns without approval will not be accepted

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue or offer a replacement/refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized/personalized items
  • Personal care products

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
  • Amount will be refunded via bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash
  • Processing time: 2–3working days
